Error when bulk synch has been scheduled but standard evaluation period is deactivated

To schedule bulk synchronization for multiple courses via the evasys admin interface, the standard evaluation period has to be activated. However, when the cron job has not finished yet and the standard evaluation period is deactivated again, the cron job cannot proceed as it expects an evaluation period.

Either the option to deactivate the evaluation period should be disabled while the cron is still running or the cron job saves the current evaluation period and does not retrieve the data from the DB.
