[Qcom 805] DX11 Could not switch resolution on AD650 using the vulkan.ad0805.so qcom driver

dxvk fails to create swapchain on AD 650 when using other qcom drivers, culprit seems to be a failure to allocate memory:

Plan: see if we can use direct DRM (not AHB) in these cases, as AHB abstraction is probably too leaky and qcom drivers depends on specific implementations

From PipetteCrypto: it verifies that the ahardwarebuffer memory layout matches the known one but since there is a version mismatch(wrapper with vulkan uses the one from newer drivers while egl with xserver uses the one from stock driver)

Architecturally, these drivers are patched to:

1. hijack/override the get_*_uuid with adrenoutils_extra.so DT_NEEDED by libvulkan.adreno.so
2. hardcode the uuid to the one used by the underlying driver

this bypasses the need to adapt the AHB format from the driver used in winlator to the system driver
