Create CLI

Add a CLI tool for some functionality of the application. Should hook into the same utility functions (usually) and classes that run the GUI application.
Allow the following operations (at least):

• Compression
• Password protection & removal
• Signature & verification
• File merge
• Watermarking
• Set metadata
• Image/text/page extraction
