Bug in the application

Oops, congratulations on the app but there are some apps that bug for example instagram if you want to leave in picture mode in picture a the app becomes black or the window is mirrored only

Mirror only -> This might have happened because of insufficient permissions on shizuku or developer mode.
Black screen -> could be caused by what I mentioned above, but also when the app in popup wants to display some secure content.

Mirror only: why it always works first time after install and always fail the second time? I have not touched anything. If I check permissions, it has every permission I granted for the first time use and Shizuku is running. So, nothing has changed but your app fail. I don't think blaming others apps is a good move.
Some day you'll discover the problem but we'll can't use the app until that moment.
BTW, thanks for trying, it would be a great app.

@ghanan Can you please clarify the 'second time'? Does it work for any number of apps, as soon as Extendroid is installed and only break after it is once restarted? Or does it not work for any app launched after the first one, every time?

Let me quickly address everything else -
This is a free software licensed with GPL-3.0, which states there is absolutely no warranty that it will surely work on your device.
This app tries to trick your phone into doing things your phone was NOT designed for. Sometimes device manufacturers change certain things or impose heavier restrictions which may interfere with functionality.
This is one of my hobby projects, which I have open sourced so the community can benefit from it, while contributing to fix anything they find broken.

I am not falsely blaming, Here is the reference that other apps can actually block Extendroid from accessing their content.
If you want to test it, you will find that those apps will be blacked out in screen recordings as well.

After I clear all the app data and granted all permissions again I am able to run any of the six or seven apps I tested—none failed.

But if you close that app the next time you can’t run any app, it just mirrors the desktop. Same thing happens every time after.

When I said you were blaming another app, I meant you think your app doesn’t need fixing, and the problem is in some other app or the OS—which, after all, is an app too. Is that what you meant?

I’m not saying the issue is with your app, but it’s worth investigating when you have time.

I know the app isn’t guaranteed and you’re not obliged to fix anything, but I’m sure you’d like to be proud that many people use and appreciate it.

mine is restarting the cell phone every time I try to move a window pop up in the previous version none of this happened, and I think it's pretty lame because my cell phone is Android 10 to activate Shizuku and it's really annoying having to take my mother's cell phone every time to be honest I prefer the previous version I thought it was prettier and cooler to be able to choose between 4: 4 19: 9 something like that. Does anyone have the previous version?

It's a shame that there's no option to download previous versions. I know you're not obliged to do this, but I'll leave it as feedback, ha! And I want to congratulate the developer for the app, it's a great app even with the problems.
