Album cover download isn't rate limited #49
Description
Downloading of album covers ( which may not even be desired ) is not rate limited at all. It just happens sequentially with zero delays.
Albums cover can be ( and are ) large, some of them as big as 6mb ( Why!? ).
The system should, imo, check the size of each that it downloads and rate limit requests for more album covers so that it behaves better.
