Biological Sample Report: data extraction

Please extract the data stored within Redcap on the biological sample data.

Script: get_reportData_X.Rmd

This script requires:

• access to BEACH study RedCap project via API token
• R/rstudio configuration using the keyringr package
• UF VPN access

Protocol:

• create a biological sample report within RedCap
• remove other RedCap reports related to biological samples (if unnecessary)
• pull data elements via API system

This script will output:

• data as an *.Rdata object locally within the directory ~/data/processed/
