[NX] Huge monorepo - 35% - 42% improvement in running E2E

We did a POC of running TRAF in parallel to the build in the CI.
Then we saved the affected projects and used them to run our E2E later on when the PR version deployed.

The results (left side TRAF VS right side NO_TRAF):

• for a small change - it was pretty much the same - 24m VS 28m.
• for a medium change - it had way better results - 34m VS 52m (35% faster).
• for a very big change - the result may vary - 65m VS 51m -
  • but in terms of running E2E it had way better results: 36 projects VS 62 projects (42%).
  • E2E 22m VS 26m.

Conclusion:
TRAF makes our E2E faster, or at least more stable as it’s running fewer suites.
