Blank Main Window

I installed ChatGPT on macOS 11.7.10 a few weeks ago and used it a few times then didn't use it for a while. When I launched it again today, the main window was blank.

I uninstalled ChatGPT (I used AppZapper) and reinstalled using Brew and again got a blank window with just the text ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information. at the bottom (oddly, if I select that text a tooltip appears that reads "DALL·E 2" in white on a black background). If I select DALL·E 2 from the main menu I get a window with a prompt field as expected and the User's Guide also displays as expected.

Suggestions, anyone?
