would you clarify if Fibocom L860R+ can work with carbon 2020 gen8?

according to lenovo FRU list, there is also Fibocom L860 can be supported by X1 Carbon 2020 gen8 but what if the difference between Fibocom L860R+?

@pxpdavid Sorry for late reponse. L860R+ is next Gen of L860 but there is difference in driver release.
WWAN driver was not upstreamed for initial L860 modem .
Also WWAN portfolio is based on Product and WWAN modem combination for each year . hence , replacement of Modem on any unsupported products is not supported.
