502 - Connectivity error for some configurations

We're running kafka-connect-ui on Openshift connected to an AWS MSK cluster and are facing issues when opening the UI.
Any ideas what can be wrong?

When I open the failed GET URLs manually in the browser it is working.

Solution is to whitelist the relevant origins in your connect-distributed.properties file.
Refer the Connect Worker configs access.control.allow.origin

access.control.allow.origin=*
access.control.allow.methods=GET,POST,PUT,DELETE,OPTIONS,HEAD

For security reasons, do not set it to * . Post testing, set it to the whitelisted value of your domain.
