Update the Notepad++ version in the Laragon installer to version 8.9.2

Notepad++ was attacked by an update system towards the end of 2025. As a result, they reprogrammed the update mechanism in the latest 8.9.2 version. Therefore, it is not entirely certain that the Notepad++ version with the Laragon package is reliable. The Notepad++ version that comes with Laragon is 8.9.0. Updating to the latest version is important for security here.

I agree that updating to the latest version of Notepad++ is important for improved security. Notepad++ has been updated in Laragon v8.6.1.
