Handle Deepl API V3 to enhance deepl free users capability #147

Hi @leolabs
It will be very usefull for deepl free users experience to implement deepl api v3 on json-autotranslate.
Why ?
Because since few weeks, glossary are limited to 1 for deepl free users. And if you add multiple combinations of languages to a single glossary, then the getGlossariesV2 is broken and don't retrieve your glossary...
The getGlossariesV3 is able to retrieve your glossary that contains multiple combinations of languages.
So it will be really helpful to use deepl api v3, so i can still use json-autotranslate with deepl glossary without paying for deepl api pro.
Maybe i can push a PR ?
How do you plan it ?
