Design related Todos not opening correctly

First of all, I would like to say that this extension is extremely useful for me and I really hope you will continue maintaining it.

Description

Opening todos that are related to design comments opens a blank new tab instead of the design where the comment is.

Details

Reproduction

1. Add a design to some Gitlab task
2. Post a comment mentioning yourself
3. Open the todos in the extension
4. Click on the newly generated Todo related to the design comment
5. A blank new tab is opened instead of the design where the comment was made

Desired behaviour

Clicking on the design-related todo should redirect the user to the design where the comment was made.
