Client hangs on unavailable tracks. #2
Description
When the client receives a link to an unavailable track (I'm not sure if there is a comprehensive list of why a track might be 'unavailable' but one example is not available in the listener's country), it tries to play it but cannot and hangs. The track object it gets back from spotify.createFromLink has some odd attributes like duration: 0. Try playing (for example) "Killer Whales" by Smallpools, stick a console.log in and see what happens.
