[ FEATURE] Change file change warning default to be an option? #1003
Description
When using file sync software, there is a periodic prompt stating that the file has changed and prompts the user for reload (yes/no).
Can this feature be baked into a user toggleable option to enable/disable this feature and, when disabled, to have an actual function to manually reload it when/if necessary?
