Minifig Wizard keeps crashing

Describe the bug
Whenever I try to create a new minifigure using the minifigure wizard, I have like 3 seconds before it crashes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open a new model or an existing one
2. Click on the minifig Wizard
3. wait for a few seconds
4. See error

Expected behavior
I thought it was because I was scrolling through the hats too fast, but it still crashes when I don't touch anything

the crashes has happened for quite a while, so I apologize If I caused any trouble

the crash is in the intel video card drivers, can you try updating to the latest?
