top body margin does not remove

Hello everyone,

I have a little bug,
I'm a 1 week beginner in rust and html/css, take pity on me lol

in main.scss

body,{
    margin: 0;
}

#bd {
    width: 100%;
    background-color: red;
}

The default margin of 8 is removed, but not the top margin, there is always a margin of 8.
In Dev tool it says that there is no margin on top.

I've tried several Opera, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

forced to do :

    margin: -8 0 0 0;
}
