Dismissible pane customization #535

Good day.
I need to show dismissible pane but it shouldn has paddings as it shows on picture
I couldn't find any ways to satisfy this requirements. Are there any chances to add this functionality in nearest updates?
I appreciate if someone can recomend another ways or libraries to reach desired result.
