Far-off Positions should be Recalculated #42
Description
After a reconfiguration of a bad database query, some partitions are far into the future:
Start-of-fill predicted at 2025-06-15 which is not 2022-05-02. This change will be marked as important to ensure that p_20220502: (9535137546) is moved to 2025-06-15
Start-of-fill predicted at 2031-05-04 which is not 2022-08-02. This change will be marked as important to ensure that p_20220802: (10944500717) is moved to 2031-05-04
It's good that now they have correct dates, but that doesn't get us the behavior we really want. They should have their positions recalculated.
