Verify that Makecode and Codal use the same ranges for digitalRead/Write

Not really a bug, bug potentially one : it must be ensured that Makecode, which uses a [0;1023] range for the functions analogRead() and analogWrite(), uses the same range of values as Codal, to avoid any mismatch between the two.
