Add clarkson-core as a dependency in composer #24
Description
Depending on clarkson-core also adds a dependency for 0-loader to correctly load the vendor/autoload.php file and mu-plugins such as clarkson-core.
This also implicates we want to add the composer/installers dependency to move the plugins coming from composer to their correct directories.
