The API for buying or selling forces all parameters but only a part of them is required when sending post to IG

Hi @TradeProphet I originally authored this library in 2014 via my other GH account @lewisbarber.

I am no longer supporting this repo, but you can checkout some of the forks to see if they have better support. @femtotrader was working on this and supporting it for quite a while.
