Feature: navigate words with `ctrl-arrow key`

I would like to navigate words in text via ctrl-arrow key. This seems well aligned / in spirit with existing functionality for creating a new line via ctrl-enter or shift-enter.

Perhaps there are other more common / overloaded use cases for this mappings but I can't think of any.

Similarly, it would be nice to have home and end work as expected too (these take the cursor to the beginning or end of a sentence of text).
