Support recurring events

Events happen. Again and again, sometimes. We ought to support some method of recurrence.

I propose using RFC-5545 style event recurrences.

Any arguments for or against recurrence in general?

Any arguments for or against rfc-5545 specifically?

I do not know the proper way of versioning lexicons, but this change would require a new version of the event.json.

I'm presently working around this in the field by creating an event-series object to contain a set of events. This means events do not need to know about recurrence..
