Latest versions marked as "Removable" #5

At least for Runtimes, DotUninstall marks all my versions as "Removable", which of course is technically correct but might confuse some users who might not realize that uninstalling the latest installed versions (after having uninstalled all earlier versions) will remove .NET altogether. I know you can't alter the state, as that is taken from the underlying dotnet-core-uninstall tool, but could you perhaps add a warning under latest versions of the consequences of uninstalling them? (By 'latest' I mean the latest version installed, not the absolutely latest one. I think that could be helpful, although admittedly most users of DotUninstall are not likely to need the warning.
