- Task 13b (#130): Updated AttestedClaims OID to 1.3.6.1.4.1.55744.1.1
- Task 15b (#153): Externalized hardcoded config defaults
- Moved #139, #140 to P2 Backlog (TSS integration deferred)
- All pillars now show Ready status
