setting the name of cloudant database  via msg.payload.dbname

Can anyone out there with the authority mod this node to allow dynamic database names on the cloudant node?

Should function like other nodes - if set in the node itself default cannot be modified by a msg - if not set a flow can set the dbname -- perhaps via msg.payload.dbname?
