Right click options inside "Rubberduck" list #124

Having all the options listed for Rubberduck when you highlight code and right click on the code.
Describe the solution you'd like
One thing I noticed between RubberDuck and Privy is that when you highlight code and right click, the options for Rubberduck are all listed there while the options for Privy are in a Privy option which inside that option, is a list of options for Privy.
I would like to suggest having a setting to have the options inside of a RubberDuck list and to be all listed when you right click and hover your mouse over Rubberduck, just like Privy.
