Support SSH certificates

Currently, all operations (including listing!) certificates rather than simple public keys will fail.

This is currently blocked on ssh-agent-lib not supporting them (which in turn is because of a library used by them). See wiktor-k/ssh-agent-lib#85 for progress, I think?
