I can download JSON version by exporting datset at https://data.cityofnewyork.us/Business/NYC-Jobs/kpav-sd4t .
To upload this data to new azure search endpoint , it will be helpful if you can provide an upload utility and index schema method such as CreateIndex method in https://github.com/liamca/AzureSearchDemos/blob/master/DotNetSample/DataIndexer/Program.cs.
