Archived EAC publications

As the website of 内蒙古自治区民族事务委员会 (Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, commonly referred to as EAC) is not exactly unreliable, the set of thirteen documents published on 8 August 2018 is archived here for easy access (the original post is also archived ↓).
