Transaction encoding limited to standard patterns. #514
Description
The tx-encode command should include the option to generate standard bip141 outputs (P2WPKH and P2WSH). Currently these require explicit script passage.
The input-sign command requires the option to generate bip143 (witness version 0) signatures.
The input-set commands require modification to allow for the addition of a witness and/or input script.
