Stripe and PayPal are banned in Turkey.
However, we can use Payoneer. The option to link a Payoneer account to the site should also be added.
We should be able to add Payoneer --> Manage --> Companies You Work With --> Funding Source.
Patreon also supports Payoneer. Please support it too.

I looked a bit into Payoneer again. Based on its API reference, adding it as a payment processor seems technically possible, but it would be a very basic integration like PayPal, supporting only non-anonymous non-recurrent payments. It's unclear whether Payoneer would allow us to do this. We would have to make the case that Liberapay payments don't fall into the “Non-Business Use” section of the Prohibited transaction list even though they're donations. It's also unclear which countries would actually be supported.
