• Type: PCR Thermocycler
• Protocol: File-based delimited text import
• Format: Tab, semicolon, or comma-delimited text (CSV/TSV)
• Columns: Sample ID, Result, Interpretation, Position (in that order)

Build

mvn clean package -pl ./analyzers/FluoroCyclerXT
