1. @talentlessguy discuss WebTransport and Wasm support for go-libp2p (adding support for these PRs to support Swarm/Swarm Bee)
   i. Make go-libp2p compile to WASM #3281 (to simplify PR, going to create a separate sub package)
   ii. WebTransport WASM support #3285 (to simplify PR, going to create a subpackage within webtransport package that wraps apis)
   iii. Thoughts: create a Wasm subpackage instead of compiling everything in root to Wasm.
   iv. Running interop tests in test-plans
   v. separate package for webtransport+wasm
   vi. exploring compiling go-libp2p with tinygo (protobufs may be a blocker)
2. Partial message extension in GossipSub @MarcoPolo (dissemination of just cells) -> pushing to 1.3v of GossipSub
3. Address Pipeline @sukunrt (biggest change will not advertise unreachable addresses verified by AutoNatv2, adding address hints so users can tell host that I have these addresses also - tested by AutoNatv2 and advertised based on reachability)
4. Release PRs Release v0.43 #3353 Release v0.16.1 multiformats/go-multiaddr#281
5. What to do about AI generated PRs
   i. Create contributor guidelines, prompt on PR/Issue, close when uncertain
6. KZG commitments w/ RLNC
