- Add libp2p.utils.paths module for platform-agnostic path operations
- Replace hard-coded paths in test_logging.py with tempfile.gettempdir()
- Fix virtual environment path resolution in test_package.py
- Improve environment variable handling in interop tests with fallbacks
- Add comprehensive test suite for path utilities
