A missing example showing Identify with Kademlia for discovery

Some time ago, I created PR #3150 that adds a new example that showcases peer discovery and routing using the Identify protocol and the Kademlia DHT in a simple chat app. It also shows how that integrates into a large application, similar to the file sharing example.

The PR is unreviewed by a maintainer, but it has also not been rejected. Of course, I appreciate that there are many PRs and issues to react to, so not trying to push :-). That said, is it possible to provide some feedback on it? Even if you think this example does not add value?
