Syslogng with Macos and windows

Hello,

I try to use syslogng with the docker compose example hosted in macos or windows but no message are displayed in librenms.
I created the file (config/syslog.yaml) to active sylog in librenms.
I try to send a syslog message into the bash of syslong and it works but when i try to send a syslog message from outside the container, i can captured with tcpdump this message inside the syslogng container but the message isn't processed by syslogng.
I also tried to change the port inside and outside of the container.
Has anyone ever managed to use this function hosted by windows or macos.

It doesn't sound like you started a syslog container.

The syslong container is running (sidecar container) successfully and I can connect to it and run tests as I mentioned in my previous message.

That wasn't clear. I just re-read and I still doesn't look like you had the sidecar running.

Did you check the logs in the sidecar?

Hello,
I finally founded the problem.
When the syslog messages forwarded by the network docker, the NAT change the IP source of this messages.
If i add a device with the IP adress of the docker NAT in librenms, the syslog messages appers in librenms but with the hostname of the NAT so I cannot know where the messages are coming from.
Do you suggestion to improve that?
