ISP information is not read out

What conditions are required for the tool to reliably read out the ISP? In my test of Internet connections from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, it has not yet been possible to read out the provider.

There are many issues already about that. Please read through them.
If the server uses a recent docker image from us, it should work.
