Use megabyte instead of mebibyte as default

In v1.0.1 and earlier, mbps were calculated with base 1024. From v1.0.2, the base has been changed to 1000 to match with the web version, and added --mebibytes option to use 1024 instead.

Add force IPv4/IPv6 option

Adds two options to cli:

• --ipv4 or -4 to force using IPv4
• --ipv6 or -6 to force using IPv6
