Unable to compile librespot using v0.9.2

There seems to be a breaking change in 0.9.2. See librespot-org/librespot#1569

Seems to be a side effect of #62. Probably yanking the version and reverting the signature change with a followup release would be ideal to fix this for all downstream users.

0.9.1 will remain the last 0.9.x version. Unless we need a 0.9.3 to get cargo to upgrade for people who've ended up with 0.9.2

0.10.1 is now released with the changed signatures.
