Two questions:

1. After disabling all audio recording devices, call SDL_GetAudioRecordingDevices(); You will still receive one device unless you reinitialize the audio. And this device can also be open
2. When plugging in and unplugging the audio recording device, it did not automatically switch to the default capture device as described in the document

Both Windows 10 and Android have this issue. I have downloaded almost all 3.2. x binary files, and they all have this issue

I just pushed a fix for this on Windows, so this part should be resolved now.

I wasn't able to reproduce the second issue on Windows. I plugged in two USB microphones, made sure one was the default in the system control panel, and ran SDL's testaudiorecording app. When I unplugged the default, it started recording from the second USB microphone.

As for Android:

I don't have a convenient way to test either of these issueson Android at the moment (and last time I tried, I couldn't coerce Android to let me use multiple audio devices at the same time...but that was with playback, not recording).

@slouken, can you try to reproduce this real fast on Android, when you get a moment? Basically I just stuck a thing in one of the test apps to SDL_Log() the items returned by SDL_GetAudioRecordingDevices()...

This part can slip to a later milestone, the Windows fix was the most urgent thing here.
