Adds experimental support for the pending ext-zones-v1 protocol for positioning windows in zones.
Testing requires KDE and installing the zones_update branch of the kwin plugin at https://invent.kde.org/kontrabant/kwin-zones:
Note that the kwin-zones plugin found at https://invent.kde.org/automotive/kwin-zones tracks an older version of the work-in-progress protocol, and won't work with this.
