Adds config for .ts imports and thumbnail transformer option

Enables TypeScript extension imports and updates module resolution to NodeNext for compatibility. Introduces an option to retain the thumbnail image in the Markdown AST, increasing transformer flexibility. Updates dependencies to support new features.
