It pains me because I put in the taint stuff from the start. But I guess nobody cares about taint mode. Oh well. |

I was sitting with @simbabque when I merged your PR and he then showed me a bunch of code that relies on taint that he really likes. So, you're not alone. 😄 |

I've removed the tainting functionality, and all the -T from shebangs. I haven't rebuilt Makefile.PL etc because I don't know how.
