Improve fsntfsinfo

• print individual file entry and security descriptor
• bodyfile
  • add bodyfile output
  • make sure \ is escaped
  • consider de-duplicating $STANDARD_INFORMATION short and long name entries, but keep these for the $FILE_NAME attribute. Maybe add a separate option to control this, in case the bodyfile is to be compared against other implementations.
• volume information print volume object ID
