Issue desktop notifications when games start

When playing tournaments it's very easy to lose games just because you switch to some other task and do not realize that the game has already started. Sending a desktop notification will improve that a lot.

I think that used to work but I am not getting them any more.

Yeah, obviously notifications are enabled in the browser (actually tried with 3 different browsers just in case). I get them for example when some other events happen, for example I got one yesterday when the tutor report was generated. The problem is that there is no notification when the game starts

Can you help us identify how to reproduce the error, or does it only affect you on your PC/device?
