The visualization of CompressedVideo becomes distorted when played at 5x speed

Steps To Reproduce

• Open MCAP in Lichtblick
• Play at 5x speed

Expected Behavior

The video plays correctly.

Actual behavior

The visualization of CompressedVideo is incorrect.

I think that Lichtblick supportshttps://docs.foxglove.dev/docs/sdk/schemas/compressed-video in #471.

• I think that fix: avoid dropping frames before H.264 decoding #904 is related PR.
• I check https://lichtblick-suite.github.io/lichtblick/ . But, same problem occurs.

I check this.

docker build . -t lichtblick
docker run -p 8080:8080 lichtblick

As a result, this problem(played at 5x speed) is resolved.
However, the video becomes distorted when seeking.
