Life and Work of Rudolf Steiner: Best English Language Introduction or Biography

We're looking for an English language introduction to life and work of Rudolf Steiner. Could be a biography or an overview of his ideas and work with biographical details.

3 recent-ish that seem available are:

• Rudolf Steiner: An Introduction to his Life and Work by Gary Lachman (2007). Seems to be more of a popular biography (which may be a good thing). Not so available digitally)
• Rudolf Steiner: A Biography by Christopher Lindenberg (1997 / 2012 (english translation)). Originally in German and translated to English. 2 volumes. Lindenberg is a define anthroposophist
• Rudolf Steiner: An Illustrated Biography by Hemleben, Johannes, and Leo Twyman (2013)
