I noticed that the website is currently not using a Child Theme, which is not considered a standard practice in the WordPress ecosystem.
Using a WordPress child theme is the safest and most reliable way to customize a website. It provides several benefits:

Could we get SFTP or FTP access so we can set up the child theme?
